先日イタリアに所縁のあるゲストがありました。
デザートに人生初、ティラミスを作ってみました。
誰が作っても成功すると思いますが、おいしくできました。
We had a small dinner gathering with some guests including an opera singer who studied in Italy.
I made tiramisu from scratch in honor of him and Ennio Morricone, the Italian great composer who died recently.
No one can fail in making it, but my first attempt to make tiramisu was successful.
